I was wondering what to do with the Spirit Trap seal after its been set in place. Lets say I burn it into a piece of wood or draw it on paper. Well once I've summon the spirit into the trap, or I've let it sit for a while to "collect stray spirits/evil" can I disposed of it? Does burning it release the spirits? Do I bury it? Throw it in the lake? Leave it at the crossroads?

And once a spirit is trapped in there, can it get out?

Hey jason i completely adore you and love your show! to be honest everytime i watch these shows i think of my brother on that show. He bullies me, teases me, hits me anything you can think a bully does to a young one. Im only 13 almost 14 in september and i really hate my brother and just wish he would get his butt kicked by a pro like you. Its june 1st 7:47, about 15 mins ago my brother had to start something with me and i got sick of it and stuck up for myself for the first time and hit him in the face then started kicking him as hard as i can in the place where it hurts. After i did all that i really dont regret it but i regret what he did to me which was punch me dead in the face and keep on swinging. Im glad i stuck up for myself but i still dont think nothing will stop him he hurts my mom and isnt scared of my dad. My brother is 6"4, 16 and really big works out all the time and im really scared of him. I cant look him in the eyes at all. Any tips you can give me? i really do hate him and try my hardest to get my mom to stop sucking up to him and GET HIM IN A FREAKIN BOOT CAMP !!!!!!!!! HE DESERVES TO BE PUNISHED TO WHAT HE DOES TO ME AND MY FAMILY AND I ABSOUTLY HATE HIM! I KNOW HES MY BROTHER AND ALL BUT HE CANT HIT A GIRL AND HE DOESNT DESERVE TO GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!!!

Dude, if this is mayhem and i am emailing you cause i think that you are a freaking Badass fighter. And dont give a crap what people think. Dude i am 16 years old and trying to get into MMA. I think that I am pretty good at fighting. But i would like to get your opinion. On the best way to get into MMA. and man i think that it would be awesome to fight on a team that you are in someday.
